Another year ...
Well a few days ago I got the "blessing" of getting another year on this rotating giant orb done.
All in all it was a pretty good day this year. Also the present I got from Osaka is really cool. Well the real present will be Metroid: Other M when it's released, but meanwhile I got this nice drawing.
(sorry for the bad quality of the picture, it was taken with my cellphone)

I hope I can many more of these good years in the future ^.^
New MB and Luzaf
Hello again. It's been a while for me to have posted something, but it's that time now.
To summarize a bit of what I got going on the last few weeks:
- I've been busy again with Magic Blocks, and I've also put up a little alpha version you can try out if you want.
Not a lot of it that actually works at the moment, that even includes a decent "game over" or "victory" event. It does however let you know the feel of the new engine I'm using.
Other that a Windows 32-Bits version, I'm also working on a PocketPC/Smarphone version (windows mobile only at the moment) at the same time. Actually the Basic Game Core Programming code is identical for both versions, so it should play pretty much the same, just the output is somewhat different.
- Also on another note, I've got a order running for a new cosplay to wear which will be made by Osaka's mom. It will be Luzaf from Final Fantasy XI Online: Treasures of Aht Urhgan. Or you could also call it a "Dark Corsair" outfit I guess ^.^
Hopefully it will be ready in time for next Abunai!
Back to Middle-Earth
After being away from FFXI for a while now, we decided to start again with Lord of the Rings Online.
After like half a day of downloading and installing, we could get started again.
Things sure have changed a lot since we last quit this game. It's a lot easier now, and levels WAY faster than before. Fun fact however is that because the Exp/Lv was lowered all of our chars already had more exp than was needed for the level. Resulting in gaining like 2 or 3 levels for the first thing you killed that gave exp.
Anyway, I'll probably be adding a screenshot galary for it soon.
A busy day for finishing games
It's been a busy day on completing games today for me. It started of with finishing Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Wii). The way how the last "dungeon" works was somewhat surprising to me, but it was pretty fun, and has a okey-ending.
After that I've picked up Bugs Bunny's Birthday Blowout (NES) and finished it with 96 lives remaining. Got lucky on the bonus games and had a 5-in-a-row one time (that's 50 extra lives). All in all I only died like 15 times or so.
Next on the list to play was Ducktales 2 (NES), not much to say, it wasn't that hard to finish it. Didn't bother to get the extra treasure map however.
And lastly for today, I've finally finished Final Fantasy IX (PSX) after being at the end-boss for 9 years or so :p
Great ending, somewhat unexpected. But the final boss still took a pretty long time even at a Lv~45 party. (I think it was like 40 minutes or so)
So as the title says, busy day for finishing games.
Zelda: Spirit Tracks
After finishing my recently gotten x-mas gift (aka. Spirit Tracks) I can make afew comments on it.
I plays pretty much like Phantom Hourglass, but it is somewhat easier I think (or is it the fact that I already played the other one). Anyway, the story is decent, and the tower especially, where you have the puzzle that you need to do with both characters are real fun.
All in all I'd give it a 9/10 as it doesn't have a lot of new stuff in it, and only has a few hard parts. But it makes it a lot easier for the non-Zelda fans.
